Payment must be authorised by your card issuer. If authorisation fails, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe, typically 2–4 business days, subject to:

  • Payment authorisation

  • Stock availability

  • Address verification

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
If delivery is refused or unclaimed, additional shipping fees, duties, and return charges may be deducted from any refund.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and with original tags

  • Sale items may be final sale

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs may be non-refundable

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once verified, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

All content on this Site — including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and product designs — is the property of SANAA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
