Refund & Returns

We want you to love your SANAA pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please note:

  • International orders cannot be returned at this time.

  • As a new, founder-led brand, we focus on sustainable practices. International returns involve high shipping, customs, and logistics costs, so we currently only accept returns from within the UAE.

Return Fee (UAE only)

  • A flat return fee of 15 AED will be deducted from your refund for UAE returns.

  • Return shipping is covered only for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

  • SANAA does not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange, return your item within 14 days and re-purchase your preferred item.

  • Returned items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or final clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact info@sanaa-me.com within 14 days with your order number and photos.

  • We will provide instructions and issue a replacement or refund promptly.
