Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our UAE studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UAE 1–2 working days
GCC 2–5 working days
UK, Europe 4–7 working days
US & Canada 4–8 working days
Asia & Others 5–10 working days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
Please note: In light of the current circumstances in the UAE region, some shipments may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and will share tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders (outside the UAE), customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders can be securely paid online at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unworn items within 7 days of delivery for UAE orders. For international orders, returns are not currently available due to customs and shipping constraints.
